Dr. Matthew Roberts has been in practice since 1992 and on staff with Associates in Women’s Health since 1996 and has successfully expanded his OB/GYN practice since then. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, seeing patients at both Associates in Women’s Health’s locations. He is from Murfreesboro, TN and presently resides in McDonald, TN
Dr. Roberts attended the Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN in 1983 and received a BS. degree. He then attended West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia in 1987 and received a DO. degree. He served his internship at Brentwood Hospital in Warrensville Heights, Ohio from July 1987 to June 1988, and his residency at Philadelphia, PA from July 1988 to June 1992. He received his American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1997.
Dr. Roberts is a member of the American College if Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Osteopathic Association, and Tennessee Medical Association. He is presently the president of Women’s Health Services in Chattanooga, TN.
Dr. Terry Williams is a graduate of Auburn University having received his B.S. in Math Education. He also earned a Master’s of Education from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga in 1995. Dr. Williams taught college mathematics for several years prior to receiving his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the West Virginia School of Osteopathy Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia in 2004. He completed his OB-GYN residency in 2008 at the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Chattanooga, Tennessee while earning the Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award and the W. Powell Hutcherson Award as the program’s top resident. While serving as an Assistant Professor in the OBGYN residency program in Chattanooga, Dr. Williams earned the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009 as an Assistant Professor and attending physician in the OBGYN Department at the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine, Chattanooga Campus. He has spent the last 5 years in private practice in North Carolina. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2009.
Dr. Williams joined Associates in Women’s Health on August 1st, 2016.
Stephanie join Associate’s in Women’s Health in November 2013. She is native to Ooltewah, TN and graduated from GPS in 1991. In 2003, she received her Associates Degree as Registered Nurse (RN) from Cleveland State Community College. Stephanie worked as an RN in Labor and Delivery at Parkridge for many years before receiving her Master’s Degree in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in 2013. She is a Board Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in Tennessee and a member of American College of Nurse Midwifery, TN Nurses Association, and Midwives for Hiati.
Stephanie is active with mission work and most recently was in Kenya with “Bless an Orphan” in 2012. She has Two children, Madaline and Joshua, and is married to Rick Darnell.
